Organization „Neatkarība Balt.” began it’s work in Latvia on September 3 2007. We opened a center in the village Lazdukalns, Balvi region, it was set in 2store building.
The basis of our success in release of any king of dependence is a Christian dogma. We believe that every person, who has a decision to quit using drugs, can get independence from drugs. The process of social adaptation takes minimum one year. During this time people acquire necessary knowledge, recover physically, and make new friends in society built within centre. People completely change their priorities, recover lost and acquire new life values.
Center has its own laws and rules, to which every one has to obey. Agenda includes everything from classes with center workers to joint work on maintenance center. There is a time for watching TV, doing sport and walk. An individual approach to every person is the main priority of our work. Atmosphere of mutual understanding and friendship makes the necessary condition for every person’s life to be changed. Together working and resting. Together in difficulties and joy.
